Farmstore.com has decent stuff, and I didn’t have any issues with the items themselves. But the shipping cost was a turnoff. I only had a few small things in my cart, and by the time the delivery fee showed up, it felt way less worth it. I still went ahead and ordered because I needed them, but compared to other places I’ve shopped, the shipping here feels a bit high. I probably won’t use it much again unless they bring those costs down.

I tried to be patient, but my warranty claim was ignored for weeks with no real updates or help. I followed up more than once and still got nowhere, so at this point I feel like the issue needs to be escalated. Really disappointing experience, and I definitely won’t be buying from them again.

My order was marked as out for delivery pretty much all day, then later that night it suddenly switched to delivered. I checked my front door, mailbox, and even asked neighbors, but there was no package anywhere. I reached out to Wilco Farm Stores and, in my situation, the response wasn’t very helpful, they basically just told me to wait. It’s been a few days now and still nothing has shown up. I get that delivery issues can happen, but the lack of actual help has been frustrating. I probably won’t order from them again.

I was already a little worried after seeing a few people mention the packaging, and sure enough, the box showed up crushed. The items were just loose inside too, so it kind of confirmed what I was expecting. Not great packing at all, and disappointing

I had to return a pair of boots to farmstore because the sizing was off. The return process was smooth overall, the return page was simple to use and I was able to get the label without any hassle. The refund took about a week after they received the boots back, which was okay, just a little slower than I expected. Customer service got back to me the next day too. Not totally perfect, but it was still a good experience.

farmstore.com has an okay mix of stuff for gardening and small farm needs, and I found some of the basics without too much trouble. That said, a few categories had plenty of choices while others felt limited. I was looking for a couple specific tools, and there were only one or two options, so I kind of felt pressured to just pick something instead of really comparing. It’s not a bad site overall, but I do wish they had more brands, sizes, and variety. It works fine if you just need basic items, but maybe not if you’re trying to be a little picky.
